A Short Story

Today at the church staff picnic i was pushing William Shorey on the swings and he told me a story. Here it is.

"Once upon a time there were four dogs. Lassy, Timmy, Boomer, and Mike. And they were all working. And then a girl dog came and Mike got scared and ran into a bush. And he didnt't see the rock and tripped into a big hole.

Then Lassy ran away.

When Timmy and Boomer found Mike in the hole they ran back to their house and got rope. Then they came back as fast as they could to get Mike out. They lowered the rope and got Mike out.

Then Lassy came home. And their parents were very happy.

Then they all ate lunch and went back to work.
