I saw this song called Werewolves of London by Warren Zevon and said, "i am bloggin about it!" But i didnt know how. I decided to do a dissection. Here it goes :P
I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand
smart werewolf.. i never thought they would have that good a taste but i guess i was wrong. Well as my mother used to say, "Dont judge a book by its cover."
Walkin' through the streets of Soho in the rain
From this line we know 3 things, 1) werewovles can walk 2) the werewolf is in London and 3) the rain is not made of silver.
He was lookin' for the place called Lee Ho Fooks
Any food with Lee in it sounds good, so far our werewolf is smart and hungry.
Gonna get a big dish of beef chow mein
Yay, now our little werewolf friend isnt hungry anymore! :D
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
this is obviously his mating call, this is how the werewolves date. They randomly call for a female werewolf to come eat with them, instead of planning ahead.
Aaahoo!
i am getting tired of calling him "our werewolf friend" so his name will now be Ian
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
Ian is still waiting for a female werewolf to come. he is getting a little impatient cause he is hungry.
Aaahoo!
Ian is getting quit upset now that he is close to starvation. poor little werewolf.
Ya hear him howlin' around your kitchen door
Thats cause Ian found the food and he is now calling for a date.
Ya better not let him in
not by the hair of your chinny chin chin
Little old lady got mutilated late last night
whoa hold up, big word alert... okayyy, moving on!
Werewolves of London again
So apparently Ian has called for a date and recieved many females and apparently males who are hungry for old lady meat... i guess the aging process in cheese also applies to humans...
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
Ian is calling for more lady friends..
Aaahoo!
He's still calling...
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
Seems as if they haven't finished grandma.
Aaahoo!
I wonder if this is the same grandma who got run over by a reindeer ?
He's the hairy, hairy gent, who ran amok in Kent
So now we know Ian is very hairy and untamed... or should we have know that already...
Lately he's been overheard in Mayfair
Wow Ian is a fast traveler... i wonder if he has a car? I'll ask him..
You better stay away from him
Why?
He'll rip your lungs out Jim
Ok, two things... 1) I have succesfully talked to him fir 5seconds before he touched me.. so i dont think he would rip my lungs out. and 2) MY NAME IS NOT JIM...
Huh, I'd like to meet his tailor
Me too, he sounds like a nice fella and very professional, i mean keeping up with all that hair...
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
Again with the mating call...
Aaahoo!
Its actually quit soothing once you get used to it...
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
Still no answer i guess..
Aaahoo!
Or maybe its a howling contest?
Well, I saw Lon Chaney walkin' with the queen
Really? You dont say....
Doin' the werewolves of London
Oh so he howling and walking... Yes! and telling the queen that its a song and they are both howling and then all the females will come and eat the queen!! Its a conspiracy!!!!!
I saw Lon Chaney Jr. walkin' with the queen
Eveyone is walking with the queen these days!
Doin' the werewolves of London
Its a family conspiracy against the queen!!
I saw a werewolf drinkin' a pina colada at Trader Vic's
I didn't know werewolves like alcohol... drunk werewolves though.... now thats a scary thought
And his hair was perfect
i wish i had hair like Ian....
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
Calling for those ladies...
Draw blood
I read about this in the Full Moon Magazine, it's so you can join the werewolf blood pact...
Aaahoo! Werewolves of London
wow Ian, still howling? What a ladies wolf...
There you have it.... A story about Ian and his life of Food and Love. What an interesting guy.... Hope you liked it!
Person of the day: Ian the Werewolf.
The title pretty much explains it all. It will be a lot of mostly awesome nothingness. Yes.

Holiness
Around You such beauty
Your majesty could fill an endless sky
Holy are You Lord
Transcendent exalted
The heavens cannot contain your presence
Holy are You Lord
(I Bow Down)
we sung this song today and it was really powerful. this verse stuck to me. I mean look at it! the second line, I mean think of him filling the sky but the sky keeps on going! The sky is infinite yet it is full to the brim of his Majesty/Glory/Holiness!!! that can make your brain work!
Now look at the 4th and 5th lines. the heavens, the skies, the earth, none. I mean NONE can contain his whole presence!!! how amazing tht is!! our God is a Holy Holy Holy God! this is something we cannot forget or turn aside. we should see this everyday! I personally forget this all the time, it is not at the top if my God's characteristics list like it should be.
I pray that we would be able to remember and relish in the holiness of the One Most Holy.

Chick-Fil-A
So today on the way home from The Bridge Retreat we stopped at chick-Fil-a. I now want to express my love for it.
YOUARESOTOTALLYAWESOMEANDI
CANTFLIPINBELIEVEHOWAWESOME
JIMFLOODIS!!! GODBLESSCHICK-FIL-A!!!
you may wonder why such a sudden love. 3 reasons:
1) the food is really good. They have great sandwiches, fries, and probably one of the bet milkshakes. They also have amazing parfait! I wouldnt eat there 7 times a day, but I do really enjoy going!
2) Amazing, like AMAZING service! we went there with about 20 people. they weren't upset, they endure through the one loooonnngggg order, and they were super nice! we were eating outside and Jim Flood (the owner of the branch) cane out an talked with us, gave us free parfait, free refills (at chick-Fil-a!), and took all our trash! we didn't even have to get out if our seats once!!!! it was amazing, like AMAZING service!
3) their mission.... I was talking to Josh Appleby, and he said he is in the middle of applying to build, own and manage a Chick-Fil-A. he said that as he filled out the questions he saw they were God and family driven. He said they asked about you spiritual background, how you serve in your church, and what you want the job for. He said that they liked people who wanted the money to raise a family and help the community. They are really really reallyreallyreally nice people who want to help anyone and everyone. It is not only a fast-food chain but a community building corporation.
that is why I have a sudden love or Chick-Fil-A. Oh, and Josh has a good chance of getting that Chick-Fil-A. Keep praying!!
Need of the day: Sleep.....

My trip pt. 2
So i read my last post and realized that it was very short. This one will focus on the boardwalk so it will be much longer. Enjoy!
So its still day one, we are now going to the boardwalk. We arrive at the board walk and decide to walk around a bit before we eat. So we walk one way 15 mins sight seeing... and we get hungry (of course) so we start walking back. a bunch of place were closed cause it was Monday night so we walk until we arrived at Stewarts (yes as in stewarts root beer). We ate there (i had a cheese steak and root beeer for those who really wanted to know) and then continued walking.
We then preceded towards Morey's pier. Before we got there i road raced my on Go-Karts and won! :D Wen we arrived a the pier we got 150 tickets and set out to our rides. My parents went and rode one of the bigger coasters. After they were done me and my sisters went on a coaster that wasnt huge but it was fun. This guys at the beginning said to Keturah that he had a bet with the other workers on who would scream the loudest. He didnt have to say that to win. She.Went.Berserk. it was hilrious! I was laughing at her the whole time. In the end she loved it. We went on a few other small rides but then we went on... "The Ghost Ship" Dun DUn DUN!
WARNING: This next section will be very graphic and extreme scary. Not really but if you go along with it then you can make it the way i am saying it will be. Please do no scream, cause then i scream. If you just screamed... I will deal with you later.
So you enter into a dark room maybe 3 people wide. This lady gives you instruction, i detested all of them. Here are a few:
(sat these in a witch type voice)
1) "There will be no running. EVER. No matter how scared you are.
2) You cannot touch the actor/people but they may most certainly touch you.
3) You must never stray. You must always stay going the right way.
Yeah, i hated all of those rules. Very annoying, cause my instinct is to punch when threatened... :P Anywho, we enter into this room where you watch this video about the ship you are in entering code red and you need to evacuate. So right as the movie ends these two people try to scare you through these two wholes in the wall. You continue into another room where they will jump out or reach from within bars and fences to try and touch you. They will have crazed people behind fences like freaking out in a scary. ( they all had really professional make up that made them look like real freaks. It was like movie grade make up). At one point this guy followed us with a real sledgehammer banging on oil drums that lined the walkway.. it was scary.. he kept on screaming at us to keep going and not to look back..... We went through this room where this guy was down at the floor and he would reach for your feet.. One of the guys who was with us (he was prob like 24) after going through the room said the guy took his shoe... We went through another room, this [zombie] guy was behind bars yelling, "HELP ME!" and we walked by and he then pulled the bars apart and walked out and said, " Why wouldn't you help me!!!" and yelled at you. There were some other things that were freaking but most of all the only lights were dim slowly strobing lights. it was freaky cause you could barely see.
I did say it would be fun to go through with some friends and try to mess with and scare the actors. :)
But seriously if you are ever in Wildwood on Morey's Pier i would recommend it... if you dont mind being really scared.
So after that we went and got ice cream from Kohr Bros. Best ice cream on the boardwalk.
Day: 2
This is only what we did on the boardwalk on day two so it is much shorter.
We went and i got a necklace and awesome sun-glasses. Then i got the best Angry Birds pinny every. And then we left.
So yeah thats what we did on the boardwalk in Wildwood.
Other than what i described in the past two days we didnt do much else. Some swimming at the hotel pool but other than that not to much. But in the end we had a funtastic time.
Keturah quote of the day: (While playing Apples to Apples) Keturah: *Someone puts down Michael Jackson. Keturah is judge and sees it* "Michael Jackson?! But he's not alive again yet!"

My Trip pt.1
So as you can see this is my trip so sit back and read. :)
So, it's day 1. We arrive at our motel and they are ready for us 4 hours early! :D We check in and head down to the beach. The beaches are fairly wide but very clean and nice looking/feeling/smelling/.......tasting..... Anywho, we went and swam for while.
Sidenote: the water was a good temp but there were a lot, like A LOT of horseshoe crabs which would pinch you. that would happen about once every 5 mins :P
After we swam my dad and sisters went for a walk and my mom and I had a catch for about 10mins, then went back in the water. Then me and my dad played handball.
Note for the uneducated.... or those who don know what handball is: Handball is pretty much like tennis but with your hands.... actually it is tennis but with your hands...
He won 2 out of 3 games and took hone the Wildwood Open title.
The rest of our time on the beach was relaxing and throwing a tennis ball around in the water.
(I will not waste time and words but just make you aware that what I just described in this post so far is what we did at the beach the next day as well.)
We then left the beach and went swimming in the pool for a bit. And then went to the board walk.... which will be part two.
Utility of the day: Window Air Conditioner...
